A true family man at heart, Arjay, alongside his wife, two daughters, and dog Chester, love calling Denver home and take advantage of its great outdoors at every opportunity. An avid cyclist, Arjay joined the largest and most charitable bike club in Colorado while completing one of the nations premier cycling events this past year, the 120 miles long Triple Bypass from Evergreen to Avon. Those glorious verdant miles, which lead him through mountain passes and up 10,000 vertical feet of some of Colorado’s most breathtaking and rugged terrain, serve as further proof that whether in business or in life, Arjay is never afraid to go the extra miles in order to do something truly special.
30 YEARS IN REAL ESTATE
December 2018 to Present: Broker/Owner – Big Heart Realty
After 30 years in Real Estate, I have created my own company, Big Heart Realty, at an Employing Broker level. I specialize in helping investors find properties which fit their needs which is backed by my 30 years as a Real Estate Appraiser, valuing over 4,000 properties in the Denver Metro Area. I also enjoy helping buyers and sellers in the Denver Metro Market achieve their goals in buying and selling. I am also completed approximately 2 real estate appraisals per week which keeps me informed on the markets throughout the Denver Metro Area.
July 2014 to December 2018: Metro Home Finders and Arjay’s Real Estate Services
I have reopened Arjay’s Real Estate Services! For the past 4.5 years, I contributed to the success and growth of Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals, a national appraisal management company located in Broomfield CO, as the Senior Valuation Manager. With a local Colorado client at ULSA, I was able to stay informed on the hot market we were experiencing in the Greater Denver Metro area. During this period, I performed the following services as a broker for Metro Home Finders and the owner of Arjay’s Real Estate Services:

February 2010 to July 2014: Senior Valuation Manage at Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals
I started working at ULSA in February 2010 and have been a part of the growing changes since the Appraisal Department moved from Pittsburgh PA to Broomfield CO in June 2010. As the Senior Valuation Manager, I was responsible for the appraisal quality, client communication and managed the review staff. ULSA grew from hundreds of units a month when it began to thousands per month. I also managed the appraiser panel calling them regularly in order to assist with issue they may have had in order to complete a quality appraisal assignment meeting the high standards of ULSA. I also assisted buyers and sellers for Metro Home Finders first two years while I was at Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals, 2010-2012.
March 2004 to February 2010: Metro Home Finders and Arjay’s Real Estate Services
In March 2004 I received my Real Estate Brokers license and performed both as a Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker. I passed the brokers exam on the first try and soon realized my personality was better suited as a Realtor.
December 1989 to March 2004: Arjay’s Real Estate Services
I began my Real Estate career as a Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice in late 1989. I was an office manager until I obtained my license in 1994 and at that time began appraising full time in the field.
