I’ve known Arjay for nearly a decade and am beyond excited to see Big Heart Realty kicking off! As both a friend and past colleague Arjay found me my first home, in addition to my first investment property. Being a Real Estate Appraiser AND a Broker is a huge advantage to have on your side. They are not one in the same.

Everyone’s first home is the biggest financial decision of their life up until that point. Arjay managed to get me a new roof on my house prior to closing, something i was concerned with from the beginning as a first time home owner. Timing was a big factor in the appreciation of my home, but not as big a factor as finding the perfect location, which Arjay knew.

My home has appreciated over 30% in the past 4 years! Arjay helped me leverage some of this equity and find the perfect investment property. This was a huge and scary leap for me, putting more of my home at the mercy of the housing market. But in the end it is paying for itself!

Arjay was incredible to work with. He helped us get more than asking price for our home and when it was time to find our new home, he was relentless in getting us the home we wanted. Arjay stayed in constant contact with the seller of the home we wanted and convinced her we were the best buyer in line for the home. He then talked her down several thousand dollars. I have been working with Arjay for 5 years. What makes Arjay unique is that he cares about you not just your real estate wants/needs/desires, but you. Working with other agents in the past, they want to know 3 or 4 things they can plug into a search, show you three properties and then pressure for a sale. You will find no such thing with Arjay. He takes his many years of experience as both a real estate agent AND appraiser then he combines that with his intimate knowledge of the city to not find you the unique property that suits you. Even better he helps you determine the right price to pay.
